USER RIGHTS AND CONSENT  If you access or use our Platform, or create an account on our Platform or continue to use the Services provided therein, you agree to our Privacy Policy.  You understand, acknowledge, and consent to (a) receiving communication emails or messages from us or on behalf of us, specifically authorized to do so; (b) information headers carrying your information when we send any information to a person referred by you to our Portal or otherwise; (c)  access and storage of such information relating to your contacts for sending invitations and other promotions to them periodically; (d) that we may periodically modify, add or remove any content in this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion or as may be required by law, without prior notice.  If at any given point in time, you would like us to delete the data we have collected about you or would like to opt-out or unsubscribe from any promotional email or messages or any other electronic communication, you may contact us. This is subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the requirement of law or law enforcing agency and does not cover the data collected by a third party which is governed by their respective policies, as mentioned under the “Applicability” section. WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT  

"We collect and store the information provided by you while creating an account with us or as required by us for validating your user gaming account, adding cash to the user gaming account, and providing you the Services on our Platform or in connection with our Services over which we may have automatic access to, by way of cookies and other such technological methods.  We may share your personal information with third parties, in limited circumstances, as outlined below under “sharing data with third parties​”.  We would like to inform you that we access your messages only for the purpose of one-time password (OTP) verification sent on your device for making a payment on our Platform. Information we automatically collect: a)Online activity information: Your interaction with our Platform including browsing and search history, date and time stamp, internet.  b)Device information such as your IP address, browser information, domain via which you access or use our Platform, and the type of device. We monitor website use and customer traffic patterns and collect only relevant information, to improve and provide better service available on our Platform. "
